Manager Sign In Instructions 
Sign In Instructions can be emailed to each manager. If you have entered an email address for them, you can send instructions to them by email. If not, you can print the instructions for them. Any user can also use the WhenToWork Sign In page and click the "Need Your Username/Password" link to have their sign in information emailed to them.

To Email Sign In Instructions
From any page: 

  • In the top menu, hover over SETTINGS and choose Add/Edit Managers

  • Click the pencil icon for the manager's name 
  • Click the EMAIL Manager Sign In Instructions link 
  • An email is immediately sent to that manager with their manager sign in information (which will be different from any employee sign in that they may already have)
