Trade Approval Comments?

On the Pending Trades page, we offer the option to send a comment to the employee when you approve or deny the trade or shift pick up.

The comments entered there are only sent to the employee and are not stored in our system.

You can, however, find that comment in the message to the employee, in your Messaging>Sent folder if it was approved/denied in the last 30 days or if you have saved that particular message.
